So When the Vaccine for Climate-Change-Caused Yellow Fever Is Rationed, Trumpies Go to the Back of the Line

Dr. Walter Reed was a government employee.  A government-employed scientist.  A government-employed scientist using government funding to put an end to a millenias-old scourge that killed millions until government-funded scientific research attacked it.

Reed's discovery of its source ranks in medical history just a little bit behind the eradication of smallpox. But it never really went away—it killed almost 350 people in Angola last year. One of the reasons that outbreak got out of hand is that there happens to be a worldwide shortage of the vaccine against Yellow Fever.
