Somebody Ask Comer What He Means By "More Business-Friendly Environment"

Kentucky already bends over and begs for ass-fucking from any company dangling the prospect of three new jobs.  What more does Comer want?

Eliminating corporate taxes, like Kansas did and is now facing a billion-dollar deficit?

Maybe eliminating the minimum wage so people can work for 10 cents a day?
