Candidate Obama Returns
The guy who won over the nation last year is back, possibly in the nick of time to save health care reform.
This is what I call clearing brush.

Here's the transcript of the whole event.
Twenty days left in the month - two of these per day will get almost every state before Labor Day.

It really is hopeful to see him make use of the bullypulpit... still; the media fire blazes away on 7% nutters and their legislative kin, GOP-ers who are out there screaming 'death panels' and Nazi-ism on the rest of the Democrats. If it were to come to a national vote... I think we would pass the public option and health care bill... but! many of these folks are lazy, don't actually have the true facts nor the actual bill / policy ... they are taking the word of GOP pawns for big business and are truly frightened. Mix in the five or six individual crazies who would watch and wait, aided by the seemingly successful race baiting, for their opportunity to commit some madness, well, I'm so dis-encouraged. Obama, no matter my frustrations with how he's working it, represents Hope and the future... but for the first time in a long time, I'm disenchanted to point of WTF do we do now??? :-) I've been reading your posts for a while, and I approve of your hopeful sentiment! Gosh, when I'm so down hearted, it's good to find someone pressing forward with a consistent positive voice!
