"We've got to do more to lift that burden"

Lower interest rates on student loans isn't enough, Mr. President.  Tuition is astronomical because you and Congress have slashed funding for public colleges and universities.  You've slashed funding to state governments, forcing them to cut their share of money supporting public colleges and universities.  College students, like the rest of the economy, is suffering from a $10 trillion investment deficit.  Fix that first.
