Stopping the Real Welfare Queens

When it comes to actual waste in the federal budget, nothing beats subsidies to oil companies and other fossil fuel follies. They are multiply lethal: economically suicidal, fiscally suicidal and environmentally suicidal.

Ending them is a bigger lift than health care reform, but the first huge step is President Obama saying publicly it has to happen.
